Today, while i was half drowning, half-swimming i had an epiphany…about blogging…
there are several reasons why this happened
1. first of all, whenever i do anything cardiovascular i try to space off and think of something else. This is hit or miss. sometimes ill think about something, space off, and before i know it i logged a good 6 miles on the treadmill. some other times...

i check facebook more than my email. considering i have 4 different email addresses and one facebook and the fact that i can see pictures of my friends and talk to them almost instantaneously…i dont know
email is dead i feel.
facebook takes over lives.

i eat about 10 cans of tuna a week. no lie.
i feel like a cat
i hate cats.
i honestly cannot tell if im losing or gaining weight. Time to stop obessing about that, must eat to grow. must eat when my metabolism is able to do combat fat and sodium
